2. Acquisition

MEM Cask, LLC travels around Kentucky to find the best bourbon at the lowest price. We utilize industry leading testing from Moonshine University and Ferm Solutions to choose your casks. In the past, you had to open a distillery to be part of the bourbon industry, but now through MEM Cask, you can buy, age, and sell bourbon. Customers are partnered with bourbon casks and distillery rickhouses in Kentucky to age their own spirits into Bonded Kentucky Bourbon.

3. Maturation

Each customer of MEM Cask has a different timeline for when they want to buy and sell; our recommendation is to hold the cask for 4 years. At this point, the cask becomes Bonded Kentucky Bourbon and appreciates in value at the fastest pace.

4. Exit

When it is time to sell MEM Cask works for you to negotiate the best possible price for your casks. There are 3 main ways to sell – Sell Casks, Auction Casks, or Bottle Cask and Sell. MEM Cask will explore every option to get the best price.
